Our interdisciplinary care team covers all the bases on the road to recovery. We work with the patient, family and physician to develop a plan of care that will lead the patient back to their maximum level of independence and reach their goals.

Specialized Care

Goldencare Home Health Agency provides experienced, compassionate care to disabled, injured, medically fragile, and elderly patients. We understand their needs and concerns as well as those of their families. We also enjoy getting to know them and helping them remain in their home environment, where they are most happy and comfortable.

 

Goldencare's Home Health Agency adult care services are available around-the-clock or on a per-visit, hourly or daily basis.

 

Acute Rehabilitative Care – Skilled Nursing and Therapy services to heal, rehabilitate, and strengthen your loved one at home after a hospitalization, surgery, or stay in a skilled nursing facility. The goal of these services is to make your loved one independent and safe to be in there home once again.

Staffed Long Term CNA, Nursing, & Therapy – Some patients require ongoing care to assist them with the needs that go along with a long term disability. Goldencare Home Health Agency employs a large base of staff available to help the patient and family with these needs. All of our staff are actively licensed by the State of Washington and are trained, licensed, and insured to provide the most comprehensive care possible to you or your family at home.

 

Private Duty Nursing – Through our Private Duty Nursing program we are able to care for some of the most medically complex patients in the area. This program involves long hour nursing shifts up to 24 hours per day to provide the necessary care needed to keep these individuals safe and comfortable at home.

Telemonitoring Technology

Additionally, for those patients with certain heart related conditions, telemonitoring technology is available to help monitor the patient’s progress towards care plan goals on a daily basis. The patient’s medical data is displayed on a screen at the office and monitored by a clinician who is in touch with the patient and the patient’s physician on a regular basis to ensure optimum outcomes.
